Paul Lodato
General Manager

Paul, at age 33, is the youngest of all of the station managers of the Christian Television Network stations. His goal is to improve both the quality and relevance of programming on WRXY to make our station more attractive and useful to both believers and those who have yet to make a commitment to Jesus Christ. He can most accurately be described as an enthusiastic visionary and an encourager. Paul is an accomplished singer and produces a weekly program of worship music called "Times of Refreshing". He loves to communicate with WRXY viewers, so you are encouraged to call or email him with questions, comments, prayer requests, or just to chat.

Stevan Speheger
Operations Manager & Chief Engineer

Steve joined the WRXY-TV ministry family in 2006 following a 27 year run as Media Director at a church in Indiana. He doesn't miss shoveling snow at all. He has over 45 years of experience in broadcasting. His primary responsibility is the oversight, maintenance, and repair of many rooms of electronic equipment required for TV broadcasting. In addition, he helps with studio lighting, camera set-up and adjustment, along with some graphic arts for print advertising and media labeling, and assisting Lisa Yeargin with computer problems when needed. He is also serving as the Lead Instructor for Creative Media Institute, instructing and inspiring 21st century communicators. You may hear his voice on station announcements from time to time, and he’s an occasional host of Insight, WRXY-TV’s public issues program.

Rodney Yeargin

Rodney has been on staff with WRXY since 1997. His creativity and skill in television production have helped shape the on-air appearance of WRXY as well as programs and commercial spots for our supporting businesses. He is the creator and executive producer of “Restoration Time”; a weekly program appealing to the automotive enthusiasts.

Lisa Yeargin
Traffic Manager

Lisa joined the WRXY team in 2003 as a Master Control Operator and in 2005 took over the responsibilities as the Traffic Manager. She works closely with programmers to ensure that their program airs according to the schedule. She is responsible for building the on air logs for our automation system to ensure that programs, spot, announcements and station IDs air correctly. Lisa makes herself available to the production department for graphics and also some light editing projects.

Jose Comellas
Master Control Operator

Jose came to WRXY-TV in 2005 after working for the United States Navy for 25 years as an electronic technician at a High Frequency Communications Station in Puerto Rico. Jose currently serves us in the Master Control Department. Once all of the program schedules are made by the Traffic Department, Jose is responsible for collecting the video tapes, satellite recordings, and other programs delivered to us as computer files. He loads all of these programs into our video server to make certain that they are available for our automation system to play back on the air and on our internet streaming at the proper times. He is also responsible for sending and receiving programs to and from other CTN stations. We especially appreciate Jose’s quick thinking and attention to detail that he displays in making our on-air operations go smoothly.

Rick Moreno
Producer & Editor

Rick came to WRXY in 2006 from the Trinity Broadcasting Network station in San Antonio. He is the primary director for all of our live and recorded productions originating in our studio and on location. The rest of the time he spends in a darkened room in front of computer monitors editing and putting together several of the local programs you see on WRXY. He is also an accomplished musician and songwriter. He serves as an elder in his church. Rick and his wife Diane have five children.

Diane Moreno
Studio Support Technician

It’s hard to believe that Diane Moreno is only a part-time employee when you consider all that she contributes to WRXY’s operation. Diane, Rick’s wife and mother of five, handles make-up and hair dressing, set decoration, camera operation, studio floor directing, and anything else she is called upon to do. Her cheerful disposition, great work ethic, and spiritual sensitivity make her a great member of our ministry family.

Gee Gee DeLeon
Admin Assistant / Office Manager

Gee Gee joined the WRXY-TV ministry family in 2008 after working two years as Administrative Assistant to the President of a Marketing company in Fort Myers. Prior to that she was an Admin Assistant to a Local church in Fort Myers of which she and her husband Pastor Wilfredo “WOLFY” De Leon faithfully serve and Pastor the Youth. She is not only a wife but the proud mother of, three wonderful boys, soon to be young men. Gee Gee is originally from New York City, she has a background in Art and has worked as an administrative assistant for years before she moved down in 2003 to Fort Myers soon after the devastating 911 EVENT took place. Gee Gee and her husband took a “step of faith”, to move down upon hearing the call of the Lord in both their lives. Here at WRXY-TV she not only functions as the Administrative Assistant to the Station Manager, Paul Lodato, she is also Book Keeper/ Office Manager and is responsible for making sure the station has all the supplies it needs for the entire crew and is running smoothly.

Gee Gee also assist’s with Camera operation and wherever else there is a need. Gee Gee works part time, but makes every minute count as she works diligently to fulfill the needs at WRXY TV.
